Meet our Brilliant
Chris started at Gawler Veterinary Services in June 2004 and she has found this role to be a rewarding and fun change from an education background.
She loves working with the team here - they are a lovely, professional, caring group of people, making it a pleasure for her to come to work.
When not at the clinic she loves to play with her two dogs, watch movies, garden and enjoy the company of her grandchildren. Life is good!
With extensive hospitality experience and qualifications in Frontline Management, Connie’s organizational skills and calm-in-a-crisis manner are crucial to making our business run effectively.
Connie joined the team in 2008 and over the years has gradually taken control of, and streamlined, a range of clinic functions, and was the driving force behind our
successful move from Bright St to our new clinic on Redbanks Rd.
Now our Clinic Manager, Connie is the glue that holds our team together, and loves the experience of supporting a small, family-owned and community minded business.
Connie lives with her partner and two daughters, and we love to use her dog Anzac in our clinic advertising!
Years ago David finally decided he hated the jobs he was doing, so he quit and went back to University. Now with Honours qualifications in Communication & Media Management, David takes care of our marketing, advertising and social media.
He loves the field of advertising and marketing, but doesn’t always like the modern methods used, preferring to build long-term, trusting relationships with clients rather than push for a quick sale.
With pidgeon pair of kids, a tragic love of playing or coaching hockey, and an obsession with science fiction tv, David lives locally and is a valued member of our support team - plus he can cook a bit too!
If you’ve ever met Stacey you’ll know that she’s a people person, and her welcoming smile is often one of the first things you see when arriving at our Tanunda Clinic.
A former Apple computer technician and sales manager, Stacey has loved her switch to the Veterinary Industry, discovering that the never-ending diversity of clients, pets and conditions makes for an exciting and interesting workplace.
With her partner, 2 kids, a beagle and a bearded dragon, Stacey lives in the Adelaide Hills and in those rare moments when she gets some time to herself she loves to read and cook.
You can often see Stacey running errands up and down Murray St in Tanunda. Don’t be shy, say hello :)
