OUR

SERVICES

HEALTH CHECKS

We recommend yearly health checks for pets up to the age of 7. After 7 years we would like to see your pet every six months.

MICROCHIPPING

A small microchip can be placed under the skin of your pet. The microchip has a unique number on it which is registered with your details.

DENTAL CARE

Keeping our pet's mouth clean can ensure they are happy and healthy, preventing other health issues.

SURGERY

We have great facilities for surgery. We provide a broad range of surgery both elective and emergency.

BEHAVIOUR ADVICE

At Gawler Veterinary Services we can provide behaviour consultations for dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets and birds with our behaviour veterinarian. We can address behaviour problems including anxiety or aggression problems.

X-RAY/ ULTRASOUND

We have the facility to x-ray your pet in a safe environment. We also can see inside your pet with our ultrasound machine.

SENIOR ADVICE/ CARE

Dogs from 7 years and cats from 10 years and up are considered ‘seniors’ and require different care. Some issues that can occur are dental disease, arthritis, dietary changes and behaviour issues.

NUTRITION

We have training in nutrition and can help make sure your pet is getting the best nutrition possible.
